Venture OS AI Join the launch list

Autonomous venture engine · Pre-launch

Say what you want to build.
Get a company that runs.

VentureOS AI takes a stated intent — typed, spoken, or sent over SMS — and carries it the whole way: validated, planned, branded, built, registered, funded, launched, and operating. One system, one conversation, no handoffs to a human queue.

Pre-launch. First deployments targeted in Ghana and the United Kingdom.
39 free tools are already live — no login required.

VENTURE PIPELINE READY

State your intent

Preview simulation. This shows the ten stages VentureOS AI executes and the artefact each one produces. It does not create a venture, and no output shown here is drawn from live data. The platform is in pre-launch.

    Why this exists

Business creation is still a queue, and most people never reach the front of it.

Registration sits behind a registry office. A plan sits behind a consultant. A website sits behind a developer. Funding sits behind an application no one reads. Each step is solved in isolation and none of them connect — so the cost of starting is paid in months, not money, and most of the world simply opts out.

    01

The whole loop, or it isn’t a system

Most tools stop at a draft and hand you a to-do list. VentureOS AI decides the routine cases itself and executes them, escalating to you only where the decision is irreversible — the incorporation, the spend, the signature.

    02

Compliant where the founder actually stands

Company law, tax registration, and filing obligations are national. The engine carries a jurisdiction model per market, so the venture it produces is legal in the country it was created in — not a generic template with a disclaimer.

    03

Reachable without a laptop or a language

Chat, voice, and video in. USSD and SMS for the phones most of the world actually holds. Sector-agnostic, and built to run in more than one language from the first national deployment.

    What we are building toward

    NOT YET ACHIEVED

These are the engineering and deployment targets for the first national rollout. VentureOS AI has not yet launched and has created no ventures. We publish them as targets so partners can hold us to them — not as results.

    The platform

    What the engine delivers

Eight subsystems, each producing a finished artefact rather than advice about one. Thirty-nine free tools already run pieces of this logic today.

    Thirteen segments

Built for whoever is doing the deploying

A founder in Accra and a ministry running 261 districts need the same engine and completely different surfaces. Select a segment.

    Where we actually are

    Status, stated plainly

VentureOS AI is pre-launch. Rather than borrow credibility, here is the honest ledger: what is running today, what is being built, and what is still a plan. It is updated as items move.

    Shipped and running
    • LIVE39 free tools in production — working software, used today, no login required.
    • LIVEThe AEEA framework (AI-Enabled Economic Augmentation) — the operating doctrine the engine is built on.
    • LIVESceamdo Technologies Ltd and Bukkar Ltd — UK-incorporated operating companies behind the build.
    • LIVEA founder and operator network of roughly 1.2 million members, assembled over a decade.
    In build / in planning
    • BUILDThe end-to-end venture pipeline shown above — stages are being brought online in sequence.
    • BUILDJurisdiction models for the first two markets: Ghana and the United Kingdom.
    • PLANNational rollout partnerships. No government agreement is in place; we are not claiming one.
    • PLANIndependent security certification. We build to GDPR requirements today; ISO 27001 certification is a goal, not a current status.
    Testimonials

None yet, and we won’t invent them

We have no users, so we have no user quotes. This section will fill with named, verifiable people once the first cohort has actually shipped a venture. If you’re evaluating a supplier who shows you endorsements at this stage, ask to speak to them.

    Partners & press

    No logo wall

We are not displaying media or enterprise logos, because no media outlet has covered us and no enterprise has endorsed us. Anything you see here later will be a relationship we can evidence in writing.

    Diligence

Ask us anything, before you commit

Institutional evaluators — ministries, banks, DFIs, universities — can request the architecture brief, the jurisdiction model, and a live walkthrough. Choose the institutional route on the form below.

    Launch list

    Be in the first cohort

Two routes. Founders get access when the engine opens in their country. Institutions get a scoped pilot conversation and the technical brief.

We send one confirmation email. Confirm it and you’re on the list.

    Ambassadors

    Bring your region with you

If you run a hub, a cohort, a campus, a branch network, or a constituency, you can bring the people in it onto the list under your own code — and be credited when the engine opens there.

    Request an ambassador code
    • A code that tracks everyone who joins through you
    • First access for your cohort when your country opens
    • Named credit on the deployment for your region
    • Direct line to the build team, not a support queue
